Do the clothes make the 4 year old?
Last Wednesday I opened my eyes & a 4 year old had been delivered to me. Ok. In reality he’s been 4 for a while now, but officially Wednesday we got our papers & we signed on the dotted line & now he is officially a moody 4. More on OMG he’s 4 & OMG he’s not a baby anymore later.
There have been several things I’ve noticed that come with this 4 year old package, chief amongst them is being inundated with personal & very specific request. Like his birthday cake for example. A birthday cake for a very simple neighborhood pool party came with more directions than Kris Jenner gives to Bruce on any given day. It had to be Transformers, they had to be rivals {Optimus Prime & Megatron} they had to look scary with angry faces & they had to face each other & fight.
He’s also very much into picking out his own clothes. I’ve always been very anal about his clothing. I don’t do stuff with big ugly Wal-Mart style characters on it, Garanimals or anything too incredibly boy with baseballs & basketballs all trying to strangle him. If you ever see him in those kinds of things its because it was a strictly stay in the house & hide from the world day. Lately though he has been into wanting to dress himself even if its a at home play day & we aren’t going anywhere he wants heavy input on his outfit choices.
When he was younger I found it a lot easier to keep the “good” clothes separate from the “play clothes” but now that gets harder & harder because he plays so dang rough. At the end of the day no matter what the day something ends up with a stain on it. This means I’m always out replacing something.
When I was contacted by Wittlebee I immediately jumped on the chance to check their product out. By now I’m sure you are familiar with those monthly boxes of makeup that can be shipped to you & now even kids craft stuff. I don’t know who was the first to come up with this monthly shopping club but I love it! Wittlebee is part of that group now & they cater to us moms who need to replace those stained & ripped up kids clothes.
Each month Wittlebee will send you a box of clothes for your kiddo based on your personal style profile. So for me I get ZERO silly neon colored characters. We received our first box last month & I loved all of the choices they sent. Everything was adorable & the best part it was good brands too!
Its back to school time {no tears no tears} & what a better way to get started on your kids fall wardrobe? Sign up here & get $10 off of your first order!
Disclaimer- Wittlebee supplied me with a box of clothing to review but all opinions are my own. And there are affiliate links included. Boom.
